Welcome! My name is Inge van Haselen. I am a certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach for over 17 years. It is my passion to help men and women be in the best shape of their lives.
No matter what age you have, or what your current condition is. It is my experience that you can always improve if you exercise regularly.
I have trained and coached many men and women in my gym Splash in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. And also online, I have published several ebooks and online programs for getting fit and healthy on ingevanhaselen.nl (the site is in Dutch).
Often, I advise my clients on the proper equipment to exercise at home. That’s when I realized that I can make a difference in people’s lives. By gathering the best information on the home gym equipment that is out there.
